As a business owner, I spent two years paying agencies who didn't care.

Seven agencies. Thousands of dollars. And not one of them cared enough to dig deep.

They ran ads. They posted content. They sent reports. But they never took the time to understand my business, believe in my product, or genuinely invest in my success.

The tests were surface level because their interest was surface level.
They weren't failing because marketing doesn't work.
They were failing because they didn't care whether it did.

After the seventh one I made a decision. I stopped hiring, started learning and became the marketer I was desperately looking for.

Before I started helping clients grow their businesses, I spent decades as an engineering leader. VP of Engineering, managing 120+ engineers and architects, responsible for a multi-million dollar budget. The products I built were marketing technology products, tools that marketers use every day.


I always understood data. I always thought in systems. And I always put the customer at the center of everything, not because someone told me to, but because that's the only way to build something that actually works.


When I decided to go deeper on the marketing side, I started studying under marketing gurus. I took courses. I ran ads, tested creative, built social media strategies, all on my own businesses, with my own money on the line.


That's when the full picture came together. When you understand technology, know marketing, and have a vested interest in the success of what you're building, everything works differently.
